NSA Wiretapping Ruled Unconstitutional

A federal judge ruled yesterday that the National Security Agencyâ€™s program to wiretap the international communications of some Americans without a court warrant violated the Constitution, and she ordered it shut down.
According to the New York Times, the United States government filed an appeal to prevent the ruling from being enforced immediately and was successful in doing so.
